"The moon is broken in twain, and half a moon Before me lies on the still, pale floor of the sky; The other half of the broken coin of troth Is buried away in the dark, where the still dead lie." (D.H.Lawrence)

What a lovely photo. It was the color that caught me. Dull or colorless flowers seem so much more beautiful to me. What color were they originally?
Anyhow, I love the balance and unity of the flowers together, and how they stand alone. Being alone, yet they stand out the brightest. Although, I think a smaller distance backwards would add a different impact on this photo, and maybe would make it seem more interesting.
I especially like the abstract in the background, it's undefiniable but it doesn't distract one from the subject. Reality seems to grow as it comes closer to your subject--the flowers.
Overall, this is a magnificent photo. I applaud you. Thank you for sharing~
